Synopsis
The movie starts strong and then the suspense starts building. I was looking forward to building momentum but the director/writer had other things in mind. I thought it might be planned as a slow burner. We were all looking at our watches wondering what the heck…the movie or the watch. The film dies with a whimper leaving you deeply unsatisfied.
What a missed opportunity
The weakness lies in the story. It really could have been the same movie. The movie does not live up to the expectation built up by the trailer. The interest was to know about the cult. And it never came up except for one sentence.
